Why can't I see all of my students?

Every student who entered your e-mail address before attempting an online quiz should be visible in your roster. Click "All Students" to see a full list of students associated with your account. If you grouped your students into separate gradebooks, click the link or tab to “Modify Roster” to see if the students you are looking for have been added to the selected group gradebook.

If a student's name is not available in your roster that means that he or she either did not enter your correct e-mail address before attempting an online assessment or did not attempt any online assessment at all.

If you inadvertently deleted the student from your gradebook, contact technical support

Why can't I see the quiz I assigned?

The gradebook only displays quizzes that have been attempted by at least one student associated with your account. Select the tab for "Sort by Quiz" to see a list of all quizzes for which scores have been submitted.

Unless you are viewing scores for "All Students," these results are limited to the gradebook you have currently selected. To view results for a different group, click the "Back to Your Gradebook Listings" link in the top left to select a new group gradebook.

If you have not grouped your students by class or section, you can find out more about this feature here.

How do I remove students from my gradebook?
